In these programs you

Diamond in the Rough
This 12 week program is an in depth mind, body, spirit
experience. The program focuses on empowering you to understand and fully incorporate healthy
nutritional and energetic choices, and to make positive, sustainable changes in
your lifestyle. You will attain a state
of balance and ease.
Weekly lessons will be delivered at your convenience online
and personally over the phone.
The amazing and effective mindfulness component will offer
you the ability and understanding to build and maintain a mindfulness
program. You will intend your day, plan
your calendar with ease and purpose. You
will approach each day fresh and ready to bounce out of bed!
Mindful Health
Mindful Health is a powerful eight week program focuses on sound nutrition, positive
lifestyle choices and exercise. Weekly
online videos and audios will be followed with weekly coaching calls which will
reinforce and support the new information you have discovered. You will adopt positive
changes to your diet and lifestyle. Weekly
mindful eating insights will impact what, when and how you eat. You will uncover belief systems that have
been holding you back. These will be
replaced with positive beliefs and habits that will have a positive impact on
your life. Unwanted weight will be released and you will feel energetic and
vibrant. A healthy lifestyle will
become a habit and a pleasure. Let me
show you how easy it can be and wonderful you will feel! Put the bounce back into your step!

Nourish
Nourish is an eight week program for people who want
to nurture a deeper understanding of Mindfulness. To fully understand what it means to live
mindfully, and to experience first hand the benefits of developing a
mindfulness practice. Peace, calm and balance will be integrated into your life.
Nourishing yourself deeply is a result of making conscious
choices. How do we nourish ourselves in terms of our food choices, our environment, our life
choices and our life purpose. We will
look at planning your life for ease, grace, and meaning. The topics which will be covered include
setting intentions for your life, purposefully planning your schedule, from
intending you day to designing a rewarding week, and long term goals. Establishing a daily mindful meditation
practice will be an enriching benefit of the program.
